HOW TO INVEST WITH US
Investment in Nighthawk Momentum Fund is available only to qualified investors under applicable exemptions, subject to stringent transfer restrictions and regulatory requirements.
Our ideal profile is an investor with at least $1M in net liquid assets and annual household income of at least $200,000.
The ideal investor for this fund also:
- Seeks active management of their capital
- Wants a fund run by managers with their own capital in the fund
- Seeks growth and is comfortable with meaningful short-term drawdowns
- Prefers an accessible manager who can communicate directly, rather than a large institution
Minimum investment in Nighthawk Momentum Fund is $100,000. Fees and terms as detailed in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Qualified individuals may request the PPM through existing channels.
