It is the exclusive managing entity for Nighthawk Momentum Fund, LLC, a Delaware-based private investment fund structured as an open-ended, dual-entity vehicle under Rule 506(b) and Section 3(c)(1) exemptions, limited to qualified investors.

Steve McIntosh
CEO, CIO, Lead Trader
Steve McIntosh’s signature skills are recognizing opportunities and strategically capitalizing on them. As a teenager in 1996, Steve saw the potential for online travel bookings. He founded World Choice Travel, grew it to a 250-employee company and sold it to Travelocity in 2004 for $50 million. He identified another opportunity in telecom SaaS and founded BeQuick Software in 2002, which he sold to Banyan Software in 2022.
His successful exits have informed his lifelong interest in investing strategies. Steve has more than 30 years of experience investing in qualified and non-qualified accounts. With his lifelong friends and entrepreneurial colleagues Gabe Neeriemer and Edward Skrod, Steve founded Nighthawk Management Group in 2024.
Steve graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance and minors in economics and statistics. He, his wife, and their children reside in Jupiter, Florida.
“My grandfather’s interest in stock market investing was a big influence on me. As a teen, I would go to the library to read Peter Lynch, The Motley Fool, and Value Line. I made my first stock purchases when I was 15, and I studied finance, economics and statistics—because they were fun.”
Gabe Neeriemer, RICP
COO
Gabe Neeriemer is a Retirement Income Certified Professional whose high energy and love of learning have guided his career in financial planning, investing, and entrepreneurial leadership. His executive experience spans multiple industries, from former CFO at internationally recognized Oak Wakeskates to former CEO of Patriot Biodiesel and current founder-manager at Wave Tech Therapy Carolinas.
Gabe spent seven years managing qualified and non-qualified assets for first-time investors, high-net-worth individuals, and enterprise retirement plans before joining Nighthawk Management Group. As COO, Gabe manages investor onboarding and communications as well as marketing and trade compliance.
Gabe holds Series 7 and Series 65 securities licenses. He serves on boards at Greensboro College School of Business, North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, Kiwanis of Greensboro, and Revolution Academy. Gabe, his wife, and their children live in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Edward Skrod
CTO
Edward Skrod brings expert-level technical problem-solving skills to his role as Chief Technology Officer. He has more than a decade of software engineering experience that includes developing authentication and other security solutions for high-profile enterprise tools with millions of users.
Edward oversees Nighthawk’s technology strategy to ensure secure, efficient operations that support the management’s momentum-driven approach. He has more than 25 years of experience managing his personal investment accounts based on a deep understanding of investment theory and strong analytical and logical skills.
Edward holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, magna cum laude, from Florida State University and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, cum laude, from the Harriet Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University. He, his wife, and their children live in Jupiter, Florida.
