Steve McIntosh

CEO, Nighthawk Management Group

Steve McIntosh leads Nighthawk Management Group as CEO, overseeing the execution of the fund’s investment strategy. With over 27 years of professional experience, Steve’s career began in 1996 when he founded World Choice Travel at the age of 17. The company became one of the first online travel reservation platforms, processing hundreds of millions of dollars annually and employing 250 people before its acquisition by Travelocity in 2004 for $50 million.

In 2002, Steve co-founded BeQuick Software, a telecommunications SaaS company, and served as its Chief Operating Officer. The company was acquired by Banyan Software in 2022. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, he was a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2008.

Steve has over 30 years of experience investing in qualified and non-qualified accounts. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, along with minors in Economics and Statistics.

Gabe Neeriemer

COO, Nighthawk Management Group

Gabe Neeriemer oversees operations and investor relations at Nighthawk Management Group, managing investor communications, onboarding, and compliance. With over 19 years of professional experience, Gabe has built a career focused on leadership and financial expertise.

He began as CFO at Oak Wakeskates, Inc., an internationally recognized water sports company, where he served from 2002 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016, he worked as CEO of Patriot Biodiesel, LLC. Since 2016, Gabe has served as a Financial Planner and Investment Advisor with Northwestern Mutual and Adapt First Investments. He is also a founding member and manager of Wave Tech Therapy Carolinas, LLC, a role he has held since 2019.

Gabe has 7 years of experience managing qualified and non-qualified assets for clients ranging from first-time investors to high-net-worth individuals and large corporate retirement plans.

In addition to his professional roles, Gabe contributes to his community by serving on the advisory boards of Greensboro College School of Business and North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. He is a board member of Kiwanis of Greensboro and sits on the Board of Directors for Pioneer Disposal Systems, Inc.

Edward Skrod

CTO, Nighthawk Management Group

Edward Skrod serves as Chief Technology Officer at Nighthawk Management Group, where he develops and implements the firm’s technological strategy. His role focuses on ensuring technologies are utilized efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the company’s business goals.

Edward brings over 8 years of professional experience to the team, starting his career as a Software Engineer at Microsoft in 2016, where he contributed to cutting-edge technology solutions.

In addition to his professional background, Edward has over 25 years of experience managing his personal investment accounts, combining a deep understanding of investment theory with strong analytical and logical skills to support the trading team.

He holds two bachelor’s degrees: a B.S. in Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Florida State University (2014), and a B.A. in Philosophy, Cum Laude, from the Harriet Wilkes Honors College (2011). As a lifelong learner, Edward maintains a strong interest in Austrian economics and political philosophy, which informs his analytical approach and strategic thinking.
